Email Security Setup
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for one business domain, so scammers have a harder time sending email that looks like it's from you, and your real email is more likely to reach the inbox. Done online, wherever you are.
What's included
Email Security Setup covers one domain (for example yourbusiness.com) and up to 3 services that send email for you, such as your main email plus a booking or billing tool. If you have more than 3, we tell you the extra cost in writing before you pay.
- Check which services send email for you (your email provider, plus things like booking or billing tools).
- Fix or create your SPF record, the list of who's allowed to send as you.
- Turn on DKIM, a digital signature on your emails, with your email provider.
- Add a DMARC record, which tells other mail servers what to do with fakes. We start in "watch only" mode, check that your real email passes, then switch it to send fakes to spam or block them.
- Send you a short summary of what we changed.
What we need from you
A short call, and access to your domain settings or an introduction to whoever manages them (often your web or IT company). We will never ask for your password. You can invite us with limited access, or we can guide you on a screen-share while you stay logged in. We get your written OK (email is fine) before each change.
Good to know
This is a setup service, not a full security audit. It lowers the risk of someone faking your address, but no setup can promise every email lands in the inbox. See our Terms.
