Which AI tools do you check?
ChatGPT, Google's AI answers (AI Overviews and AI Mode) and Perplexity. ChatGPT and Google's AI Mode are the two AI tools US consumers say they use most for local business recommendations.
Do you need my passwords or access to my accounts?
No. No passwords, no logins, nothing installed. We only look at what anyone can already see.
Who sees my results?
Only you. Your results are never shown on our site or anywhere public. We send them only to an email address at your business's own domain, so a stranger can't look up another business's weak spots.
Why can't I use a Gmail or Yahoo address?
Sending the report only to an address at your business's own domain shows it's going to someone at that business. It's how we keep results private.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. AI answers change from day to day. What we can do is fix the things that make AI tools skip a business or get its details wrong.
How is this different from regular SEO?
Regular SEO is about ranking in Google's list of links. This is about whether AI tools understand and trust your business enough to name it in their answer. A lot of the groundwork overlaps, and good fixes help both.
How long does the report take?
